Ashley is an accomplished horsemanship instructor who believes in the importance of creating connected and confident partnerships with our horses. These types of partnerships are possible when we understand true horse behavior and honor how horses are designed to move, think, and live. The “type” of riding that someone wants to do does not matter as much to me as the foundation on which this type of partnership is built. Good horsemanship transcends specific disciplines, and we can achieve so much with our horses when we build a solid foundation. Ashley integrates philosophies from traditional horsemanship, classical dressage, anatomy and biomechanics to meet each horse where they are.
Professionally she has graduate studies in psychology. This allows her to see and meet people where they are. this improves her ability to assist in developing safe and connected relationships with clients and their horses.
