Free yoga class at the Clymer Art Museum
Yoga class is scheduled the SECOND Thursday of the month at the Clymer 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Voted “Ellensburg’s Best Adult Recreation” by the local community, Lori Chandler R.Y.T., has been teaching yoga in Ellensburg, Washington for over 20 years. Lori provides instruction in breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga, and using her extensive experience, takes extra care to make yoga work for everyone, regardless of their age or physical limitations.
Please bring a water bottle and a towel.
Partner with one of our Equine Psychotherapy team members. Partner with Nan Doolittle, LMHC and discover the Healing power of horses. These sessions are 50 Minutes and are tailored to your specific circumstances.
Time and space is limited to Wednesdays. We have grant funding to provide partial scholarships for equine therapy from our partners at KCHN. If you or some one you know is a teacher, law enforcement officer, Firefighter, EMS or healthcare worker you are eligible to inquire about placement into this program. Three hour session at serene Wild Cove Farm in Ellensburg, WA. Your team will be working with three Quiet Cadence Team Members and horses. Activities will be ground based. Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided. Groups are 10 or less.
Larger group are available on request at a rate of $100 per person.
Six hour session at serene Wild Cove Farm in Ellensburg, WA. Your team will be working with three Quiet Cadence Team Members and horses. Activities will be ground based. Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided In the morning with a yoga based mindfulness session to follow. Lunch will be catered and after lunch an expressive arts experience before returning to the horses. Groups are 10 or less.
Larger groups are available on request at a rate of $250 per person.
Wednesday’s 4:30pm- 5:30pm at Bloom Pavilion
The group will explore what boundaries are through equine-facilitated experiences, and written materials by Nedra Glover Tawwab. By the end of the course participants should be able to identify types of boundaries, have an idea how to set them, and enforce them. This will be an interactive course.

Equine meditation involves practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques in the presence of horses. It can include activities such as observing horses in their natural environment, grooming them, or simply being near them. The goal is to foster a sense of calm, connection and self-awareness while benefiting from the therapeutic presence of horses.
